Hot Chocolate and I mean hot!!!;)

Because of "12 Days of Cookies" I decided to make, kind of an interlude, with winterly drinks, perfectly for cold weather or also when you live where it is warm( I envy you!!) and which are perfect to your cookies.
So today it will be hot chocolate. This hot chocolate isn't just hot because of the temperature, but there is a bit chilly inside, which makes your tongue prickle and warms you up really good.
Chilly animates your metabolism, which causes a rise in your body heat and makes you feel good.
And chilly and chocolate is a wonderful combination.

For the Hot Chocolate you'll need:
2 2/3 cups(600ml) Milk
5.5 ounces(150g) dark Chocolate
pulp of half a vanilla bean
dash of Chilly(I used 1/4 Tsp.)
dash of Cinnamon(I used 1/4 Tsp.)
dash of Salt

1. Chop the chocolate into small peaces. Pour together with the milk into a pan and heat up until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is really hot( be careful not to burn it), then add the spices.
Let the chocolate stay on low heat for 2-3 minutes so that the flavors of the spices can combine and can emerge to their full extent.

2. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top either with whipped cream or marshmallows. Enjoy it while still hot and with cookies to make it even more sinfully good:)

Really, really try this, it's soooooo good, you'll be craving it.

XOXO Owlicious
