I almost forgot it, my Christmas Red Velvet Cake

I'm only 19 years old, but you could think I'm 91 with how forgetful I am.

I wanted to share some picture of my Red Velvet Cake I made for Christmas with you.

For decoration I made some Penguins which I placed on ice shells on top of the cake.

Because the Creme Cheese Frosting is white I thought it fitting to make the and I found a link on how to make these adorable fondant Penguin toppers.

But the perfectionist that I am, I think they could be a lot better. I also would have made them again but I didn't have any black fondant left, so mahhhhhh😝.

I think they do look a bit like the Penguins of Madagascar, don't they?

Anyway I hope you like what I made, I'm just starting doing things with fondant.

The recipe for the Red Velvet I'm gonna share with another time, I still have to work a bit on it till it is really the way I want it to be☺.
