The easiest and most delicious Bread recipe ever

That is really the easiest Bread recipe you've ever read, really. For the basic recipe you will only need 4 ingredients!!
And another great thing about this bread is, you can place the dough into the fridge over night so you can bake it the next day right away without this nasty waiting for the dough to rise.
But the best thing about this bread is, that tastes so damn incredible. It's the best bread in the world, plus you can vary the taste of it.
If you want to put the dough into the fridge over night use cold water for the dough and if you do it the "normal" way use lukewarm water so the yeast can work properly.

For 1 Bread you'll need:
2 1/2 cup(300g) Flour
1 Package dry Yeast
1 Tsp. Salt 
1-1 1/4 cup(240-300ml) Water, either cold or warm

1. Sift the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl. Add the water, first 1 cup and with the knead hooks of an electric hand mixer process a dough. If the dough seems too stiff add more water. Just give the dough a really quick knead in the bowl. 
Cover the dough with flower, cover with a slightly wet towel and either place it in the fridge over night or at a warm place for about an hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C.
This part is really easy and differs from other bread recipes.
Dust your working space really good. Scrape the dough out of the bowl and don't knead it.
Just roll the dough slightly and twist it a few time.

Place the bread on a parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 460°F/230°C, then turn down the temperature to 290°F/200°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
To make sure its done, knock on the bread and when it sounds hollow it is done.

Like I said above, you can easily vary this bread. I used a whole wheat flour for this one.
You can make different kind of breads out of this one recipe. I love to add garlic, onions, herbs, dried tomatoes and basil...
When I add those things I also love to add 1/2 Tsp-1 Tsp. Black pepper to give it a little more pep.
This recipe is great for a BBQ with family and friends, a pick nick or for a sandwich.
And believe me when I say when you do one you'll have to make a second soon after, 'cause it's addictive.
