Weekend in Hamburg

This weekend I've been to Hamburg with my best friend for a workshop, and while there, I thought "Hmmm, Hamburg is such a big city, they must have some Cupcake bakeries.". And just a few yards from our hotel there was one: The Pink Ribbon Bakery.

I liked the store itself very much. I love it when a bakery shop has those lovely pastel colors, but those cupcakes looked a bit factory made to me. I could be mistaken but that was my impression.
Due to this damn cold weather in Hamburg( actually all of Germany, and I hate it) we couldn't do much while staying in Hamburg. The wind was so icy, that we were freezing after maybe 10 minutes outside, and the mood for doing something was just gone.
I bought a cupcake on sunday, before we went back home, so that my family and I could taste it. I choose the Peanut Butter cupcake.

The frosting was really delicious and peanut buttery and just yummy, but the cake was dry as hell and didn't really taste like chocolate. It tasted like a box mix and it wasn't really good. 
Maybe it was just this one and the others are better.

I promise that I will be posting more regularly. 

And can I just say that I hate it that winter has started in Germany now. It is so frigging cold outside😭.
